QB is extremely poor for a 10-team league. Flacco should pass more but that team knows it's bread and butter. Boldin's numbers should go down quite a bit, and I think DeSean Jackson is going to struggle a bit without McNabb. I don't think this year's Eagle's team will be the passing juggernaut of previous seasons. I do like Knox as the #3 with value. RBs are nice, but I'd move one of them and either Boldin or Jackson for a top flight WR. That's my take. You have the players to make moves, and I'd explore that route.

You're right, I was the last one to draft a QB in my league: Romo went off the board shortly before I took Stewart. Otherwise I might have went for him. But once he was gone (along with Rodgers, Brady, Brees, Peyton, Rivers and Schaub at that point), I decided to wait until a pick somehwere around 90 and go for someone like my 2QBs or maybe Ryan or Palmer.
The pick I regret most right now is DeSean Jackson since Greg Jennings was still available at that point. Probably made the wrong choice there.
Other than that I'm lacking at WR a bit now because obviously many WRs were gone after I grabbed all my RBs (4 of my first 6 picks, which def. wasn't my plan going into the draft), so looking back I'm not sure if I had been better off passing on either Greene or Stewart and go for my 2nd WR earlier.

It's not a death blow to overload on RBs. I did it in the BetJam league. Had Steven Jackson, Ryan Matthews, Ryan Grant, DeAngelo Williams, and Joseph Addai. Moved Addai and Williams for Michael Turner. Now trying to move a RB not named Turner or Matthews for a top flight WR. Should be okay...

Just try and make some moves and you'll be fine. If you are loaded at RB, that means a few other teams need some.
